Project 4: Retro Interface

A scribbled and surreal interface inspired by early web, Pictochat, and kidcore glitch aesthetics.

Exercise 6

Exercise 6

Originally meant to use p5.patterns or p5.polar, this interactive exercise shifted to p5.scribble due to technical limitations. The result: a quirky visual story using bitmap drawings, scribbled textures, and simple sounds. It was a creative pivot that became a weird joy to finish.

Final Project

Final Project 4

A handmade-feel interface using scribble lines, bitmap assets, scene managers, and sound. Inspired by Pictochat and Twitter but redesigned like a glitchy notebook UI from the early 2000s. Awkward, nostalgic, a little loud—and exactly how I imagined it.
